Therapists place smooth, heated stones to warm up and deeply relax tight muscles. The stones are then held by our therapists and act as an extension of their hands into the muscle during treatment. This method allows our therapists to relieve tension more deeply and more quickly.

PRENATAL (60 MINUTES)

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Massage is RECOMMENDED ONLY AFTER 15 WEEKS.
